The Intermarche supermarket chain have some Restaumarche operations which we have quite enjoyed using. Amazing buffet starter, then a choice of reasonable mains and desserts.

Ah, the Restaumarche we used to use at Rang du Fliers is now a Poivron Rouge.

We used Flunch when our children were small, and on the recommendation of people on here, we tried it again last year, but I was less than impressed!  I didn't think the quality was as good as most restaurant cafeteria meals, and the price for our meal (starter and main) was more than we pay for a three course meal with wine and coffee in our favourite little café in St Chinian or the Brasserie in the HyperU at Agde.
