Mrs Bonce, I also suffer with acute anxiety (and depression) and when you describe your husband it sounds very much like me. I complain when I'm left at home on my own in the day yet get anxious going out, often end up in tears and have to go home. I find talking to people I dont know (and even some I know very well difficult and have done for months now.
In France last year we had a lovely holiday but thats when the anxiety really started, it got worse and worse and I couldnt in the end wait to get home. My husband is at a loss as to what to do with me some nights. I get panic attacks and pace around very agitated. Its truely horrible. I dont really know what to suggest but hope you get something sorted and wish you and your husband a very happy holiday.
We had our plans sorted a holiday booked but now I'm still off sick, dont know what will happen with my job we're looking for a cheaper option in France and want to stay at one site for the duration. I think the four moves we made last year unsettled me and it was stressful at times. I worry will being away excerbate my anxiety but the site we're looking at we visited for a nosey last year and I really liked it.
