We have used them two or three timed and have booked again for August this year.
They offer great value, we are paying only £72 for a crossing in the middle of August.
The boats are new and mostly uncrowded.
The food is good quality and reasonably priced.
The crossing may take a little longer than the Calais route and the Dunkirk terminal isn't anything to get excited about but that's never a problem. ( Although I had the worst coffee in France at their cafe.)
Just past the ferryport junction, towards Belgium, there is an enormous Auchan hypermarket which has much more choice and offers better value than any of the overblown HYPErmarkets around Calais and in particular Citie Europe.
On other slight downside is that their sailings are more widely spaced than some of the Calais carriers, presumably because the trip is longer, so if you miss your boat you'll have to wait longer. However we have twice changed our return dates whilst in France and have not been charged or had any other difficulties, their staff being very helpful and courteous, ringing me back on my mobile in France to let me know the alternative sailings I could use.
------------- I can remember when this was all fields.
