I am going to the Isle of Wight at the end of July with my Mum, Dad, Nan and Grandad! We are staying in our caravan on a site called Southland, Newchurch. I was just wondering if anyone had been, and is it good for cycling? I am 14 years old and I don't get bored if there is somewhere to go on my bike. My mum also is registered on this website and Shirley+Steve.

Can I just point out that even though you are crossing a stretch of water - you are not leaving the UK?  Perhaps if you ask this question in the UK campsite section you will be more assured of a few informed replies.

Don't sell yourself short! You are at least trying to find out something about where you are going on holiday and that's more than a lot of folks do

There are plenty of places to cycle here on the Island, many quiet roads, and if you turn left out of the campsite, through Newchurch village,down the hill to the river , you can cycle all the way to Cowes on cycle paths.
