  Hi all i'm off to the loire saumur area in july for 4 weeks and fancy doing abit of coarse fishing as anybody any advice on were i could go. many thanks

Rivers: Loire, Cher, Vienne, Authion. Loads of lakes around. Almost every commune has what we call a 'Plan d'Eau', which is usually a huge lake on the outskirts of the village where you can fish, swim, bathe etc. Permits can be boufght locally from bars/tabacs or village stores. There are some privately owned waters too so ask your campsite if they know of any when you get here.
