HAVE TAKEN OUT THIS ,FULL PACKAGE £112, WE DO NOT GO ABROAD WITH THE CARAVAN SO DON'T NEED THAT. IN THIS LIFE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.NOT HEARD OF ANY OTHER SERVICE THAT WILL RECOVER THE CARAVAN FROM SITE. I THINK WE WILL STICK WITH THESE, AFTER ALL YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY IT ALL IN ONE GO, YOU CAN PAY MONTHLY.

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
Actually the AA will recover whatever unit you have at the time of breakdown. Many years ago when our boys were small we had an old CI Sprite. Our car broke down [blew up] just off site. The AA came out towed the car back to the site and came for us on the last day of our holiday with a fleet of vehicles. A recovery truck for the car, a vehicle to tow the 'van and a car for us. Got us home and we had our holiday.
However if you have got yourself a good deal....more power to you.
I think the AA impose some limits e.g length, which may not have been an issue with an older Sprite, but might apply to larger modern caravans. RAC Arrival is designed specifically to meet the needs of caravanners, and does not have any such restrictions.
