Hi, the last 2 years i have driven the 720 miles to a place nr Limoge, the first time it nearly killed me, over night following friends with oil blowing out of their car in the middle of winter, coming back did it no problems and the same again the year after but set off early hours of the morning with an early morning ferry.
This year we are towing a caravan and travelling down near to Millau (Riviere du Tarn), it is 870 miles from huddersfield according to the tomtom, if we was tenting i would try it in 1 go but towing a van we are going to stop over taking 2 nights to get there and 3 nights when we come home, should be an adventure LOL!!!!!!
