hi,anyone camped at,or near eurodisney,looking for a site for tenting,near eurodisney,can you suggest a decent site,not bothered about pool,bar.and what is the best way to get there,ferry,tunnel.where would i get the best deal from?thanks,adrian

thanks dave,was it a big site,how long does the ferry take?how far from calais is it,did you book through one of the clubs,we are in camping and caravanning club,never been touring abroad,so bit nervous about the whole thing,but our 8 year old daughter has been unwell,with regular trips to alder hey,so we promised her a trip there,is the site on the web?thanks,adrian

Have to say i've checked the reviews on UKCS for the three sites mentioned in the above replies, and they have some dissapointing reviews. Can anyone recommend anymore sites close to Disney.

We're just back from a 3-week European trip which included 5 nights at Des Quatre Vents (and also included a visit to Disney). We thought that site was very good indeed and would be confident in recommending it.

We too highly recommend Des Quatre Vents had an excellent stay last year also excellent patisserie in the next village if you have a sweat tooth.

We are staying in an apartment near disney really cheaply - we only wanted to stay for 2 nights and couldn't be bothered putting up and down the tent - My SuiteVillage Montevrain - not been, but it looked nice and has an outdoor pool which will be good after the long journey if it has been hot (heres hoping!)

When we went, since we reckoned on spending almost the entire day at Disney or Paris, and using the sleeping arrangements for just sleeping, we stopped in the Formule 1 in Marne-la-Vallee for just £22 pn. It's the next motorway exit from Disney, only 10 mins. Or there's a rail link a mile away in the centre of the town which is 1 stop from Disney. While it's certainly no-frills, it does the job needed.

I know it's not relevant to this particular poster however if you have a motorhome you can overnight in the EuroDisney motorhome car park for 20 Euros. No EHU but there are toilets etc.
