If you are planing to sail home from Bilbao port be aware that if you approach Bilbao from the west (Santander side) the port signs all appear to be directing you to a port called Santuritzi. TomTom also has the port name as Santuritzi. The first time you will see Puerto De Bilbao is after you've driven through a very rundown area that feels very like a commercial container port rather than a ferry terminal. If you are coming from the east you get signs for the port withouty any mention of Santuritzi which is much easier.
I suppose it is a bit like trying to find a port call London & not knowing you need to follow the signs to Tilbury. (Not exact I know but you get the picture I hope.)
