Some friends of ours live in the Dordogne and have been to La Manga for 3 months over winter for 3 of the last 4 years. They say the weather is lovely then.

Never been so can't respond personally, but know they like it.

I haven't been over Xmas, but in Feb/March a couple of times. It is very popular, and many of the ralliers go regularly for a couple of months (or more) at a time. From what they have told us, the weather can be nice, like our Spring, but not wall to wall sunshine. As with everywhere else it seems, the weather is unpredictable, it can be wet, and a couple of years ago they had a sprinkle of snow over the New Year! The upside is that folk all try and make the best of it, there are few Moaning Minnies, and it is a good experience and good fun.

We will be spending our third winter at La Manga this year, although we have always travelled independendently rather than the part of the rally and now have a parcella (pitch) there

The weather can vary but last winter from memory we only had two or three days rain in around February time. Temperatures can get to low to mid twenties during the day and there is plenty of sunshine. The evenings can get chilly with occasional drops to 2 or 3. Last winter  the average temeperature was around 8-10 I think in the evenings,

There is a wide variety of entertainment organised throught the site as well as the program arranged by Rally Stewards so you can be as active and sociable as you want (or not of course)

There is plenty to see in the area, with some extremely interesting towns/villages around.

I'm sure you will have a great time and you certainly won't get bored.
