Hi Andy
Haven't been to Duinrell, but have been to Holland with dogs and had them tick and tapeworm treated.
You will find that most Dutch Vets speak excellent english, and are familiar with the Pets Passport scheme. Now, with the Blue Book, its much easier.
We travelled Harwich to the Hook, but that was when they had the high speed ferry which they have now withdrawn. I don't think I would like to leave a dog in the car for too long, and our last trip Dunkerque/Dover - 2 hours is the max I'd feel happy with.
