Le Croix de Vieux Pont near Berny Riviere (near to Soissons on a map) is open all year - and a very nice place to stay overnight or for a few days.
This is a good website to look for opening dates - gives all sites within 15 kilometres of the main routes through France - and their opening dates and other site details. Best to check directly with the sites, though, just in case. http://users.pandora.be/leo.huybrechts/00frame.htm Sites are listed in a North/South direction (or East/West) so very useful in planning your routes and overnight stops. Hope this helps.
I think the one you've mentioned is probably Les Portes de Lyon, at Dardilly.
