Camping I Pini north of Rome has english speaking staff.
There is a railway station in the village linking to the city centre.Rome main railway station has notice boards and announcements in english.
The site also runs a bus into Rome everyday reasonable cost.It drops you off near the metro to catch the tube into the centre.If you are visiting the Vatican i found that i could easily walk from the drop off point into the city using a street map.
