Seefeld is glorious, I have spent many many weeks in Austria over the years, all different times of the years.  Seefeld is quite posh!

We stayed about 40 miles from Geneva in the summer of 2006, again glorious area and I am sure you will enjoy.

Hi Runone, I didn't ski in Seefeld, I have skied in Soll and ski school was very good.  I think Seefeld has very limited skiing from what I remember, you would be better off in the Kitzbuhel region where there are hundreds of miles of runs interlinked in the villages of Hopfgarten, Ellmau, Scheffau, Going, Soll, Westendorf etc.

Yep I think Seefeld should be good for the cross country stuff, especially around the lake if it is cold enough as the scenery there is beautiful and lots of forest too.
