I can't help with sites I am afraid but I would just say do please be careful in that area as I have experience of it and there is a lot of crime there.  Hide your valuables well and have minimal cash on you, one lady got out of a cab whilst we were there and was attacked and had £700 stolen from her, quite why anybody would want to carry that much cash baffles me but each to their own!  This was early March, the area was dead quiet with very few visitors but I felt very unsafe there.

Lots of prostitutes too, cover your eyes on the roundabouts on the main coast road lol!!  Also theft from property, they are in and out with the places stripped in seconds, got it down to a fine art!

Hi Terry have you thought of La Manga? It is a very popular site with most facilities. When we were there there were several large RVs in some of the pitches and they seemed to have plenty of room.

They must have changed it then, there was no such restriction when I stayed there.

Is it in the middle of high season that you are going? I can't imagine campsites turning away people who want to stay less than a week unless they are fully booked.

It was the Caravan Club, who said that La Manga was a minimum of 7 days. I have also e-mailed them direct via their web site, but so far no reply.

We stayed at La Manga however it was low season. Many sites do have a minimum of 7 nights in high season however as Phil mentioned many sites would not turn you away if they were not fully booked - business is business at the end of the day!
