The Aire des Deux Caps (mentioned as the services, by Billy) is set up for caravanners, with hook-ups available on meters, is well lit, open all night, and probably just as safe, as well as much quieter, as the area around the tunnel terminal. It has good showers for the morning, too. We've stayed there lots of times, as well as the Aire de la Baie de Somme, which is the next big Aire on that route.
You could also think about La Bien Assise at Guines (nearby) which is a campsite which is open to late arrivals and early departures - and reviewed elsewhere on here - which if you consider the Service area not safe, is probably your best bet - at least you'll sleep soundly!
