For a stopover at Disney, I'd recommend La Croix du Vieux Pont - which runs it's own excursions, and is also a very nice campsite, with good facilities, including an indoor pool. It's not the nearest to Disney - but does have good reviews from people who've stayed there.
It's years since we were in Germany, and I can't remember some of the sites we stayed at, but remember them all being of a good standard, with excellent sanitary facilities (compared to the sort of English sites we were staying on at the time!!). We stayed near Trier, Koblenz, Heidelburg, Baden Baden - each for a couple of days, and then Frieburg, then four nights at Lake Constance - which was lovely. There are loads of campsites around the lake - and we had a lakeside pitch, with the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen. Sorry not to be able to give you particular site names - but hope this helps. Wouldn't recommend the 'municipal' (town campsite) in Munich at beer festival time, though, which was our only mistake. We woke to find someone had pitched their tent right outside the door of our hired motorhome, and were unwakeable in the morning!!
