There's a great area in the campsite at Chateau des Ormes at Dol de Bretagne - in a 'paddock' in the woods, which would easily take your tents, and more besides, in a secluded area overlooking the cricket pitch immediately behind the Chateau, with red squirrels running over your table and playing around in the trees overhead. It's a big and busy site, but you'd never know it from your pitch. It appears to be very popular, so you may need to know the pitch numbers and book if you want to have the whole paddock (sorry can't remember them, but we stayed there with friends a few years ago). It doesn't have direct access to the sea, though, but there are lovely coves a few kilometres away.
I'm sure there are others, but most other French sites we've stayed on in almost every area of France have individual pitches, hedged between, and so these may not suit you.
