also, we used Camping Du Bois De Boulogne. Its very close to disney but it is in the city, come to think of it we stayed in one of their mobile homes so not too sure if they accept caravans whereas Fleuris does and is in lovely countryside. Our kids loved the outdoor pool at Les Etangs.
We have used Soleil de Crecy twice (2007 and 2004) for visits to Eurodisney and also for trips into Paris. Its about 10 to 15mins drive to disney or there is a train station in the village which I assume would take you there (we never used it). Its a decent site for a few days with a pool, mini-golf, bar & restauraunt etc.
I would also recommend Les Quatre Vents. Great big pitches, spotless facilities and nice pool too for those days when you aren't sweating it with the crowds in the park! We would definitely use this campsite again if we ever were in this area again.
Nearly all these recommendations look perfect. We are planning a trip too. I wondered if they all cater for us English who's French starts and stops at Bonjour/Au revoir/Merci with a bit of pointing? Are the staff English speaking? That will be the decider for us! Thanks
Can not fault the staff at quatre vents for speaking english! cant fault the site either for pitch sizes as on our pitch we had 2 caravans with awnings, 2 cars, tables and chairs and we used the pitch next to us as a tennis court for the children! the only thing I would say is the swimming pool was a tad cold....to say the least! ten minutes by car to the nearest train station at Tournan and from there you can get a train direct into Paris.
Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
