I would take it up with Camping Cheque via their website www.campingcheque.co.uk or via email at 'enquiries at campingcheque.co.uk - as they announced that Discover were selling Camping Cheques on their behalf.
I suspect it's something to do with the fact that the price has now risen to £11.70 from £10.30 because of 'Currency Surcharges'.
