Val, we've been - and it was great fun, but I can't remember what the height restrictions were. However, this might help - taken from the Parc Asterix website:
On 30 attractions, only 6 require a minimum height: you must measure at least 1m40 for Goudurix and the Trojan Horse and more 1m20 for Tunnel of Zeus, Galère, Flying Chair and the Trace of the Hourra. All other attractions are accessible without size restrictions. Children measuring less 1m will have to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Have a good day.

We went on the last sunday in august 2 years ago and it wasn't a good experience.
Just too busy. Only managed 2 rides and queued for ages for them. Be warned if you can't see a sign telling you its only 60 minutes to go you are in for a long long wait.
I had it recommended by some-one else who rated it highly so I think my problem was just the sheer number of people. plus I don't really like that sort of thing anyway but you do things for the kids.
Well, we'll be going mid week in early July so though the French school holidays will have started, the English ones won't have. So hopefully it won't be quite as busy.
