Hi
No we've not been before, I just wanted something different to the usual Atlantic / Med coast. I booked last November and might have had second thoughts if I knew about the fuel and exchange rate increases.
It looked a nice site, and has the Lake and Pool complex, so we should be able to wear out our 7 year old each day.
I'm hoping to do the 460 miles in one go on the way there, I'd rather do that than waste a day. Even if it takes 12 hours, just drop the legs get a nights sleep and sort out the next day.
I might have a break on the return journey, depending on our experience on the way down.
I'm going Hull / Zeebrugge because we live near Hull, so we're only 30 minutes from the Ferry. Its a bit more expensive than a Dover crossing (did that last time) but will save 12 hours driving, and the way fuel prices are, might end up cheaper!!
Cheers
Paul
