We stayed at el Port-de-la-Selva a couple of yrs ago but at the other campsite about a half mile inland from the town centre, you pass the campsite in your link a couple of miles before you reach the town.

Nice little place, beaches & bays, supermarket on seafront, certainly worth a visit & when we were there everything was much cheaper than just over the border in France.

Hi MartyM - thanks for the info, looks good to me, will be first time camping abroad and second time camping anywhere ( first time was a washout - bank hol weekend in New Forest)   Hopefully Spain will be better or else there is always a hotel. LOL
