Depends which part of Spain you want - if you want to fly, and then camp with a tent, then you'll need campsites near an airport, obviously. My sister and her family flew to Reus, and then camped at Cambrils Park between Salou and Cambrils - and only about six miles from the airport. There's a transfer bus to take you into Salou - or you could hire a taxi, or hire a car.
You can book pitches directly with the site - but if you go 'low-season' then you can use Camping Cheques, which brings down the cost of a pitch to £11.70 per night, including electricity, and two people. If you can get cheap flights, and combine it with low season Camping Cheque prices, then you can have a very cheap holiday - and loads of the budget or charter airlines fly to Reus.
Or, do you want to hire a ready-erected tent or mobile home - if so, the site hires direct, or you can go through a tour operator such as Eurocamp or Thompsons and get all the details you need from their brochures. Then, there are companies such as Club Cantabrica and Siesta, which organise either coach or fly holidays with a stay in a mobile home.
Hope this helps. If you could be a little clearer on what type of holiday you actually want them I'm sure we can help a bit more.
