according to auchan in xalais you dont need a vest until 1st october.just as well as they had sold out !!

spain was a vest per  passenger last summer when we were there

Also in Spain it is compulsery to carry 2 triangles, one for placing 30 metres away and not sure where you're meant to place the other one lol, sure hubby knows though.
