Can any one help, we booked in February to go via Hull to Rotterdam using our tesco vouchers, I've only got the bit of paper I had to hand with reference number and times etc on. I've just come to log on to PO site to check details, but it is saying "booking is still valid but can not be viewed on line." and that I have to phone an 08716 number to see details. Does anyone know if this is normal, or should I start panicing that there is a problem with our booking. I don't like phoning 08 anything numbers they usually cost a bomb.

Rest assured, all you need is your reference number. I always book online and this has always been the case. When you check in with your ref no your tickets will be issued then.

Thanks guy's - for putting my mind at ease, it's the first time we've "gone independent" and booked everything ourselves and we are just starting to get ourselves organised and this paniced me had visions turning up with a car laden with tent and bikes and kids it not being booked.

quite often - they ring you about a week before you're due to go -
not consistent tho - seems to depend on how busy the call centre staff are at the time

Thanks for all that, I have since phoned them just to put my mind at rest, and to check a few details. All is ok so we sail on Sunday night for 2 weeks cycling in the Zeeland area, can't wait. Just have to pack now......
