First you need to keep them when you are sent them through the post. Each clubcard point is worth 4 times its face value if you spend it on things outside Tesco so they are worth hanging on to.

Go to their website and look up clubcard points and the deals on offer. You can get loads of stuff from magazine subscriptions to meals out to holidays all at a quarter of the normal cost. One of the mother's at school was extolling their virtues the other day and said that she has got a Tesco credit card and puts everything onto it so that she gets more points. We do the same but as OH doesn't come away with us I don't use the points for holidays as it would seem unfair IYKWIM.

If you 'search' for Tesco then you get all these threads 'Tesco Points' - and lots of them contain advice about how to use them.  They seem a great way to get cheap crossings, tickets for attractions, etc., but we don't shop at Tesco much so don't ever  collect enough!

We have used our Tesco points for ferry crossings to Calais and Bilbao, but unfortunately they don't do these any more, but you can use them on the Eurotunnel.

I've just got tickets for Europa Park in Germany.  In the past have had magazine subscriptions, meals out and loads of other stuff.

DON'T spend them in the shop on your groceries, you will find a deal that is much better value, even if it's for Christmas presents.

You can use the points or the euotunnel.  I ordered ours over the internet from the tesco site & they send instructions with the vouchers with a telephone number to ring & book the channel tunnel.

Also ordered tickets for Parc Asterix the same way - they have saved us a fortune!
