We also had a booking with speedferries for next year. We received an email from Ernst and Young informing us what had happened. Husband has been on to the credit card company this morning to see if we can get a refund but obviously with it being Christmas Eve there is nobody there in the right department so we will have to wait til New Year to get it sorted.
