Sorry - but the name made me remember Nippy and Nigel's venture into an Indian restaurant in the Ardeche region of France!   Anyone else remember that!

Hope you get a more sensible reply.  Wimereux is lovely - took my mum and dad there a few years ago, on a 'Sun' £1 day trip to France.

Not been, but stayed at the Municipal next door, both similar prices. From what I could see it looked ok & those 2 sites are the only choice if you want to stay at Wimereux which is a nice seaside town with a good flat beach, resturants were always expensive imho & will be more so now with poor £/€

Stayed at this site for one night in 2006 prior to ferry home. App 25mins from Ferry terminal. Site is off main coast road not too far from beach and amenities in town. A bit too far to walk though. Nearby is a smaller Municipal site which we prefer. However, it gets very busy in season.
