Hi everybody, anyone visited the following sites we are planing to chose from this year, which are Camping la Marende, Camping Paris Roussillon or Camping le Pujol, all near Argeles.

We have a large outfit Fleetwood heritage 8mtr which is always a problem at the bottom of France with pitch sizes on the smaller side, as usual your help and use of your knowledge will be gratefully accepted, this year our party going down there will consist of 4 caravanners with 3 pulling 8mtr caravans

any other suggestions for good sites, prefer near to beach, but not too expensive, must save the pennies what with the Euro rate in decline

We've done La Sirene at Argeles, which is really expensive; my son worked at Bois de Valmarie, which doesn't accept tourers, and we've stayed at La Roseraie which is away from the beach - but does have enormous pitches - and very friendly management.  Sorry can't help with your original site choices.

I know the owners of La Sirene have bought a new campsite on the coastal side of Perpignan, its right on the beach and seemed to have lots of motorhomes in it when i visited last year, its called Camping Les Dunes on Torrelles Plage (I hope thats how its spelt)
