Hi there - can anyone recomend a campsite along the south coast of france with good pools and direct beach access (or within half mile easy walk) please.
Doing Boucanet in may and have stayed at aloah at serignan but they are full in July/Aug.
Any advice welcomed - there is a fab looking site if you search vias plage on google maps and use satellite but I cannot find out teh name of it anywhere (comparing oics of the pool etc - help :-) ...thank you

Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!
We have just booked Les Mediterranees in Marseillan Plage - not sure what it's going to be like although it looks great on the website (all singing all dancing though) but it was the only site in the area we could get for 25 July for 2 weeks. We tried Aloha and Serignan Plage but they were both booked up.

We like Club farret at Vias Plage. It has been recently upgraded with a pirates of the caribean theme in the bar and pool area. They have a great entertainment program for the whole family, and it has direct access to the beach. less than 10 minuites walk to the town with supermarket and loads of restaurants/shops. It also has shop with butchers and bakery on site as well as a restaurant and takeaway ( which you can eat in bar area).

If you post a geoptail link I'm sure someone will ID it for you
this is Le Soleil at Argels - well run, huge, right on beach with pool but a bit noisey at night because of the fun fair next door
La Sirene operate a free bus to the beach in high season beach is about 5 minute drive from campsite, and also offers great free entertainment at night.
Its a large campsite, but mobiles are well located and mature trees all over the place offer quite an amount of privacy.
