Hi all

Has anyone any advice or experience of visiting Lake Garda in April?  We are thinking of going at easter to Bella Italia.

Would there be any problems at this time of year with travelling there?

Sorry only been at the end of August last year We had a great time and in fact going back to the the area this year but different lake. As far as traveling down no problems Just keep an eye out on the italian roads as they are mad I just slowed down and let them italian drivers get on with it.

I presume you're aware that Bella Italia accept Camping Cheques?

Lake Garda is lovely - we stayed at Camping Eden many years ago, and loved it.

I have stayed at Limone in april in a hotel and we had a great time there.  It was nice and warm but the swimming pool was freezing though.  Monte Baldi the mountain opposite was snowcapped and made for a beautiful scene.
