First, have you tried directly with the site to find accommodation there? If so and it's the site that doesn' have any availability in it's own accommodation, then have you also tried via Eurocamp, and Keycamp, which also have mobiles and tents there?
If so, and none have anything then what about this one - Chateau du Boisson? We stayed there in about 1984! I know that's a long time ago, and I'm not recommending it on that basis, but we've been back since to have another look. It's set on two levels, at the bottom of the hill are some open pitches, and some mobiles, and then there are other more established shady pitches, and some mobiles at the top of the hill - where the pools, bar, restaurant, etc are.
As far as I know there are several tour operators offering accommodation there, and the site also arranges it's own mobiles. It does have a water-slide - but isn't the sort of place where it's over-run by teenagers going wild. We did have a meal there, with friends, not that long ago, and it was really nice - in a vaulted restaurant.
There's a castle on site, and you're probably about an hour and a half from the coast. Perhaps a bit further than Massereau, but not that much.
