Have just booked campsite called Clos Cottet near Angles for  two families in late August. Have had several enjoyable holidays throughout France but first visit to the Vendee, really looking forward to it but would be appreciate any comments as I can't seem to find any reviews of any sort. 


Don't forget to leave a review of the French and other European campsites you have visited!

Thanks very much,paranoia was beginning to set in.............seriously though I'm hopeful that the campsite must be new or at least on line?

This is a review, in Dutch, from 'Zoover'.

We have been here in July 2008, with our caravan. (4 persons 2 children; 3 and 6 years) Pleasant, and helpful owner, manager, and staff. Also pleasant for the children. The beach is terrible. A visit to Puy the Fou (drive 1 hour); an amusement park with the topic Roman and Vikings etc. is certainly worth it.
Doesn't really tell you much, though.
