WE were originally going to go into Dunkerque and find a site near there but we have found a ferry deal into Cherbourg, so we are now looking in the Dinard/Mont St Michel area.  There seems to be quite a few in the area so it's a bit mind boggeling .  Does anyone have any ideas.  WE have 2 young girls who like to act more like boys than girls, so something with action would be great.  It needs to be near the beach.

Hope the best forum in the country can help.

Cheers

We're staying at Chateau de Galinee (Castels site) which is pretty close to Dinard - looks great, lots of pools etc.

Thanks.  I looked at Galinee as well.  Some of the reviews weren't great, but then you can't please everyone.  Don't forget Speedo's for the guys, apparently they're very hot on that in the pools.  Haliotis looks nice, anyone been there?

We liked Haliotis very much, lovely staff( speak English) nice small town to walk to and a good mix of British/Dutch but not a lot of French when we were there in June.

Lovely clean site

Chateau des Ormes has lots on offer. It is a large site but pool is great and little boats on lake went down well with our youngest several years ago... nice bar there.Quite near mont St Michel and Dol de Bretagne and beaches.
