We are trying to download the ACSI Campsites to our TOM TOM,

We want to scream and I am losing the will to live...

Can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where are you getting them from? I use this excellent website http://www.archiescampings.eu/eng1/ They are usually downloaded as a zip file which you must first unpack. I usually put the files on the desktop. You then need to copy the POI's into the map folder on Tom Tom and don't forget the small image file. On the above website as part on the zip file are instructions on how to set them up.

I am still a little confused.

When I try and download the POIS should I open or save the file and what should I use instead of .zip as a file

Think we have done it, however, it would be nice if there saw somrething on the TOM TOM that confirmed that these files have been received

Tom Tom is a little shy about these things! What I do is navigate to the town of the campsite I am interested in and then go back and select POI's near destination and your campsite should show up and just click on that and create a new instruction.
