Has any one had any dealings with this company?

We are due to go with them in June. But having just read a thread about certaian companies in France and the state of the accomodation etc. I have started to panic as no one seems to mention this company.

Now this may be a good thing or it may be a bad thing so I'm starting to worry a little now.

I realised that it was not the same company but no one mentioned them positively either ahah 

Fenn Dog, I had a good nose round a Vacansoleil mobile recently in Normandy. It was far better than our awful Keycamp one so dont worry. We've been to a few sites where theyve had mobiles/tents and they have always been good sites.

I always order their brochure as its got a good selection of campsites and useful info. Where are you going?

Oooh this siteb is as good as ever at reasurance.

You would think this was the first time we had been. We went 4 years ago but with Canvas and had a brilliant time so there is no reason why I should be panicing.

I do have another slight  niggle:

Although my spoken french is good enough to get by, what worries me is following the written instructions at ATM'S as last time we took cash but this time we are using Nationwide flex account.

I'm sure once there this will all seem very silly to be worrying about

Most ATMs now recognise that your card is 'Foreign' and sometimes automatically switch to English, or alternatively offer you a choice of flags, and then everything comes up in English.

Where are you going in Argeles?  We've done La Sirene, La Roseraie, and my son worked at Bois de Valmarie for a season with Canvas Holidays.  June is a lovely time to be there - just before the madding crowd arrives.

It seems so obvious now

We are staying at HIPPOCAMPE

I know what you mean regarding the madening crowd arriving as last time we went to the area things really changed in the last few days certainly would not fancy it at the hight of the season

I have met their couriers in La Sirene / Hippocamp this year and they appear to be quite nice.

They tend to have mostly Dutch customers at this time of year, but they had very good english.

OOH I'm pleased to hear they are mainly Dutch We stayed on a different site a few years ago and other campers were mainly German and they just wern't as friendly as the Dutch even though hubby can speak resonable German.

We are getting really excited now. Mind you I think I'm more excited than the rest of them.

We stayed in a vancansoleil tent last year in the Netherlands as it actually worked out cheaper to do the package with them then cart our own stuff across.  They were really good and I am thinking of booking a pitch through them this year as it seems to work out cheaper doing it that way, or trying to get another super duper last minute deal.
