Have a look on THIS WEBSITE.
Basically, you purchase them in advance, and each cheque costs £13.40. You can use them on sites abroad (also a few over here), but only in low season, broadly speaking outside July and August, and it entitles 2 adults with outfit, be it caravan, tent or motorhome, to a pitch with electric hook-up and 1 shower per person per day (if showers are not already included in the price). You can make some great savings. The website I have linked to explains all you need to know.
