According to the DEFRA fact sheet (Step 5)

only sections VI & VII need to be filled out.

I only mention this because sections VI & VII  have spaces for 15 Stamps (trips), but section IX only has room for 5 stamps.

On our 3 trips section IX has always been filled in, but it means we will need a new Passport after next years trip. I intend to ask the checking staff at the eurotunnel terminal if section IX is required.

I had read on another forum that you can provide your own frontline and worming treatment to the vet. Not sure if it makes alot of difference but we do have a supply of Frontline and Vet supplied worming tablets anyway! Anyone else tried this and does it make a difference to the price please?
