Hi there, Going to Domaine de Chalaine campsite on lac de Chalain in August, has anyone been there before and used the campsite's own kids club (have booked directly with campsite not through tour operator).

I was a bit concerned about whether their safety with kids was as up to scratch, read some previous posts about kids clubs in France and staff not head counting kids before trips to the beach etc. There is no point in our son going if I'm going to be paranoid the entire time he's there!

Our son is 4 and a half - I was only interested in it to use now and again for an hour or so, thought it might be fun for him to make friends and play with other kids but don't know if I want to if it's not safe!!

Any feedback (about campsite too) would be great....

fantastic - cheers Claire! That's two Welsh families visiting there this summer then!! I just bought an inflatable dinghy for that lake as it looks great, the pools look fantastic too... Take care and have a safe trip! S x
