Domaine De Litteau (a Siblu site) offers electricity at their tent and motor home slots - not sure you can get a water pickup or sweage though. What do you mean by full service?
There seem to be lots of sites which offer electricity and water, but very few that have a sewage connection - it doesn't seem to be something the French go for. I hope you manage to find something though. I had a quick look at the Camping Cheque website, using the search for a site facility, and you can select to search for those sites with electricity and water.

July - France
July - Hollands Wood
August - New forest
Thats the site we are going too for our hols next weds glad you enjoyed the site, don`t forget to do a site review to let others know of your experience which is something i always do .I always read the reviews to help me choose the site and so far so good from past holidays.
Hi, we are having 2 nights at each end of our hols at Le Cormorant, Ravenoville Plage. We book the pitches with EHU, water and drainage - but think it is only waste water not Chemical disposal. Pitches are huge!
Handy for St mere eglise and Utah landing beaches.
Hope you find something suitable

Maybe a cheeky question but why does it have to be a fully serviced pitch?
Because I have mobility issues (back and knees) which preclude me carting waste water containers about and constantly having to refill the Aquaroll. Unless the chemical disposal is adjacent to the pitch, the toilet waste tank goes in the back of the car to be transported!!!!!!
But even if I didn't have the mobility issues I would always prefer a fully serviced pitch 'cos I'm a lazy sod! When I'm on holiday the last thing I want to be bothered with are these inconveniences. We no longer have the benefit of younger people to help us with these chores.
For many years we caravanned without this facility and when they started to appear it was like mannah from heaven for me. Full service pitches and the advent of the motor mover has meant that I have been able to continue caravanning for many years longer than if these things hadn't been around. Thank goodness for progress.
So that's why a fully serviced pitch is an absolute when deciding where to stay. If you're young or able bodied such issues probably wouldn't enter your mind.
Fair enough, I fully understand the need for a fully serviced pitch by someone with mobility issues. TBH that was my first assumption but I did not want to make any judgements as you had not mentioned anything in the thread.
