Hi

Haven't checked if its open in October but sure it will be - Duinrell at Waasenaar (sp!!) is great, especially with younger kids - theme park and massive indoor pook complex - check it out on google for a look.

Yes, been to Duinrell too. Water Park was fab but you do have to pay to use it whereas the theme park rides on the site are free - and some are pretty good too. Super pancake restaurant just a couple of hundred yards from the site entrance.

you do not say which ferry port you are coming in to,If it is in to Holland then do not worry about where the campsite is, you can probably reach it in 2 1/2 hours.

Let us know where you are coming in to and i will have a look for you.

A couple of years ago we stayed HERE. It is a lovely site and there is what they call a 'swimming paradise'. It really is lovely, and the temperature is 30°C! It is near the border with Belgium, is is south-west of Eindhoven.
Have a look at the website and see what you think.

You're welcome, rochford6. It really was a nice site, we were there at the beginning of September 2007. The site also accepts the ACSI card, this year from 5/9 to 31/10, €15 per night for 2 adults, pitch, EHU. For children you'd have to pay extra, there were only the 2 of us, so I don't know how much that would be.
There is also a large lake, some pitches look out over that, and the toiletblock was very, very clean.
Must do a review of it on here soon.
