Good Morning

Does anyone have any up to date info as to the current fuel (unleaded/SP95) price at Supermarkets in Dunkerque. Was expecting to be cheaper across the water following the latest tax hike but after last nights BBC news Im not sure I shouldnt be filling up in Dover??

This is a useful site and we found it to be accurate when we were in France for the last 2 weeks. This year was our first in a deisel but we still took an interest in the price of petrol to see how we were saving. We found that petrol prices varied from 1.18 at our local supermarket to over 1.42 on the autoroutes. This worked out dearer than the UK with our exchange rate of 1.15 euros to the £ and our local Sainsburys selling at £1.00 a gallon when we left. Last year we found that petrol was considerably cheaper in France but that was when the price was much higher here.

Thanks for that info - it never occured to me that there would be sites similar to petrolprices.com. Sounds like I will stop by Morrisons in Canterbury (who have frozen their prices at pre budget rates) to fill up on the way to Dover if time
