Flippin heck . . .  is that price normal from Hull?

Have been talking to wifey about possibly going from Hull next year and me getting some sea sickeness medication. But didn't realise it would be that expensive!

Does the Hull ferry take Tesco vouchers? Eurotunnel this year only cost us  £12 with using Tesco vouchers for most of the cost.

 

Still wouldn't mind avoiding the M25 and the 4+ hour drive down there.

we are 40 miles (ish) from Hull ferryport and considered it when p&o took tesco vouchers , but even then we would have had to add £300 or so to cover it.went for free from Dover and accepted the drive south , only worked out about 160 miles each way further to drive taking into account zeebrugge is roughly 50 miles further north than calais.

now eurotunnel every time in spite of the drive. 6-7 hours is possible from our house in yorkshire to being on a french motorway.

Hi We have booked to go out on the 12/7 and return the 31/7 for 3 of us plus 6.2m motorhome with cc cost £400 might cost a few pound more but for me its worth it when we do the dover crossing we either spend the night at dover or France and never fell quite as refreshed as we did the last time we did hull crossing and on the way home we normally drive near port night before so we can get ferry and long drive this side with the hull ferry not leaving till later we can have an extra days hol.

Last year was the end for us when we got stuck in traffic jams all the way up and added about 4 hours to our normal time so thought then what a way to end a holiday and will be doing hull from now on.
