Hi all,

 

We are toying with going to St Avit Loisirs in France (Dordogne) earlyish in July (6th) with our 10 year old son. It’s the start of the Scottish school holiday, but before the English holiday begins. Do you think there will be other English/Scottish/Irish kids around? Is anyone else with kids going? As they say, if your kids are happy, you are happy – and get some peace and quiet.

Hi Mike

Not been but Eurocamp, Keycamp both on site so surely there will be other British Kids there, however your son could always try improving anglo/franco relations and make friends with French children who will also be on annual hols, they all speak better English than we do French!

There will be Scottish and Irish kids around and its a fantastic site. The site run their own club as well as the Keycamp/Eurocamp clubs... if he uses the PGL sports things he'll soon make friends, especially if he does soccer school (which gives you some me-time!)
