Lol your title made me giggle, i thought when i first read it that you ment you were planning to spend the night in them!
Some pub campsites who rely on their public toilets for their guests during open hours do indeed lock up for the night leaving the campers to use their own tempory facilities (Bucket!) until morning. Often these sites will state in their adverts that 'Own sanitation is required' which also means showers are not available on site.
