Hello - I posted this in another thread but now realize this is a better place for it.
I was thinking of booking at pitch at the above site in Normandy for later this year. I was just reading one of the reviews on this site that says the toilets close between 10pm and 8am. Does anyone know if this is the case? I didn't see anything on their website and did email them but haven't had a reply yet.

I have been on sites where the showers close overnight (as they turn off the hot water and don't want noise after a certain hour), but never the toilets. I would be surprised if they did close all the toilets, but wise to check it out. Otherwise it would count as "own san. essential"!!

We were there in early May. The main block may well close but the smaller block at the back, near pitches 31 to 38, did not close.

I speak as someone who travels at 100 miles to the bladder!

when in Jumieges get the bus (ligne 30) into Rouen, It leaves from the town square, cost 2 euros and drops you right in the middle of the site seeing area near the cathedral. No driving or parking.   There are toilets both at the Jumieges town square and at the bus depot in Rouen!
