Hi I am new to your forum but I have just returned from working at the flooded camp sites In the south of France and sorting out the repat of stranded Caravan Club red penant members. I was sent into the area last Wednesday and I have I have worked on a lot of disasters over the years and this is one of the worst I have done.
I am returning next week to sort out the insurance claims for several caravan insurance companys.
If anybody needs help or advice please get in touch.

You are a lifesaver for many I would imagine - good luck in the clear-up and thanks for offering your support here, hopefully no-one will need it, what an awful situation :(
I used to live in Draguignan and was shocked by the photos of the flooding there, poor folks.

I'm hoping one of the vans you may be looking at is mine, quick question, when we evacuated the site I locked the doors etc I'm presuming the assessor would need to gain entry. What do we do with the keys?
Thanks and good luck Neil and Julie

Hi we will use a set of keys we have that covers all the WD series. If not we will force entry if this has not been done by the police when they were looking for missing people. Did you have any wheel clamps etc on? if so you will need to send the keys to the loss adj or the ins co as the vans will be moved of site soon i think.
