You will have a ball and the weather will be fine. We have been to brittany every year for 8 years and can honestly say we have only ever had 4 days in rain in total for all those years.

There are loads of things to do.......

Put your coats on and go to the beach, it wont be cold

Landtrain around carnac/megaliths

vannes is a lovely town and so is Carnac

Sit in a resteraunt and enjoy moules and frites

Go for a cycle ride

Swim in the outdoor pool, who cares if it rains

play family games

Off to southern Brittany next week and long term forecast looks ok, rain for Friday when we arrive though.  Always know with Brittany wall to wall sunshine is not guaranteed.  Last visit we went to a local Pardon in the rain, we had crepes in the marquee watched the breton dancing, enjoyed a glass fo cidre, put our hoods up on the sprayways (a Brittany essential) and had a look at varous stalls and exhibits.  Contrary to the sterotypical view of the French people they were warm and welcoming (as they always are in Brittany) and we had a great time.

If you can get to Nantes, you must see the incredible automatons at Ille de Nantes!!
