In the past for me driving my LPG converted car in france has been a doddle. I normally just stick to the toll roads which have lpg stations every where.

BUT, as with most people now trying to watch the pennies im thinking of avoiding the toll cost. This could mean having trouble finding a gas station though away from the toll. So how do you guys go about planning your route using LPG? Of course avoiding tolls probably means doing more miles and using more fuel so i need to weigh it up.

Im traveling from Calais to Les Sables d-Olonne. My main problem is planning my route finding LPG stations off the toll road. Or maybee re join toll just for fuel without getting heavy toll fees.

So any advise / web sites you can recommend will be very much appreciated as far as finding gas stations in France is concearned and also what the toll fees would be. I shall be looking at filling up every 230 ish miles and will be full in Calais.

Or this one:  the French Government website (which probably gives the same information) where you can select any 'Department' or Town and find all the fuel stations selling GPL, or LPG, and also the cost from each one of them.
